Vanessa Hudgens Weekend Workout

Commendably maintaining her fitness focus through the weekend, Vanessa Hudgens was spotted out for a morning workout in Los Angeles on Saturday (September 29).

So what kind of fitness routines do the beautiful celebrities that grace magazine covers, television shows and movie screens actually do?

1. SoulCycle

Morning show host Kelly Ripa is a big fan of this spin-off of the typical stationary bike spin class. The full body toning class is 45 minutes of heart-pounding cardio with positive affirmations thrown in to make the person working out feel empowered and unstoppable.

Each class can burn up to 700 calories but are only available in select cities on the East and West coasts right now.
